Standards
To provide you and your guests with optimum service, we offer approximately
(1) Bartender per every 75 guests for all Beer & Wine packages and
(1) Bartender per every 50 guests for Beer, Wine & Spirits packages.

*All beer and wine charges are subject to 9.5% Arkansas sales tax and all liquor charges are subject to 14% Arkansas sales tax.
*All hosted bar programs require automatic 20% gratuity for bartending staff.
*Menu offerings subject to change based on seasonality and market price.

With our on consumption / card bar option, we will use a credit card on file to charge at the end of the event.
Bartender fee will be added at $25 per bartender per hour. This includes setup, service, and breakdown.

Yes, you are welcome to bring any of your favorite non-alcoholic drinks!

Yes, this would be our "on consumption" bar option and we can use the credit card on file to complete at the end. You must pay for the bartenders at $25 per hour of service.

All of our hosted bar programs include our bartender setup, service and breakdown. There is no additional fee.

Yes, we include acrylic cups (9oz and 16oz sizes) and cocktail napkins with any bar program. You are welcome to bring your own custom cups or napkins if you like.

No we currently do not have any glassware; however if you choose to rent this, our staff will service the bar program utilizing this as well as rinse and re-rack it after the event.
